Los Angeles Climate Week (LACW) is a grassroots, community-led climate movement committed to empowering individuals, organizations, and industries to take collective action toward a sustainable, regenerative, and equitable future.
LACW is fiscally sponsored by the Collidescope Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All contributions, data collection, and administrative operations are carried out under this fiscal sponsorship.

4. Safety, Security & Responsible Use
We take reasonable measures to protect your information within the capacity of a grassroots project supported by a fiscal sponsor.

5. Event Organizer Responsibilities
Event organizers whose activities appear on the LACW Event Calendar must:
- Commit to the LACW Event Organizer Playbook, which outlines requirements and strong recommendations
- Uphold LACW’s values of accessibility, sustainability, and community care
- Provide accurate information about their events
- Understand that publication is not automatic and requires approval
LACW reserves the right to remove events that violate guidelines or pose safety or equity concerns.
6. Youth, Vulnerable Communities & Accessibility
LACW is committed to equity and protecting vulnerable community members.

7. Fiscal Sponsorship Disclosure
Los Angeles Climate Week (LACW) is a project of the Collidescope Foundation, which provides fiscal sponsorship and administrative oversight.
All donations are processed through the Collidescope Foundation, and any personal data submitted for contributions or event-related activities may be accessed by the Foundation solely for operational purposes.
The Collidescope Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
Eligible donations made to support LACW are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update this policy to reflect evolving needs, legal requirements, or improvements to our site.
