About Event

Join us at the UCLA Anderson School of Management on April 14, 2026, for an evening focused on how to build a meaningful and resilient career in climate, energy, and sustainability.

The program will begin with a dynamic panel exploring diverse pathways across the climate landscape, from corporate roles to startups and nonprofits, highlighting the many ways professionals are driving impact.

We’ll then move into a moderated discussion with David “DR” Reichbaum to demystify the climate recruiting process and share practical insights on how to break into and navigate careers in the sector.

The evening concludes with a networking reception, offering the opportunity to connect with speakers and peers across the UCLA and broader LA climate community.

You’ll leave with practical takeaways: a sustainability career is achievable and expanding, there are multiple pathways into the field, and long-term success depends on resilience and adaptability.

Come ready to listen, ask questions, and make connections that could shape the next step in your climate-focused career.
