About Event

Already electric or still dreaming about it? This meetup is for you!

Join us on the Tesla Diner Skydeck for a warm, casual Wednesday night with LA’s EV community for real conversation over good food with people who share something: a belief that the way we move is changing, and that it’s worth being part of.

If you drive electric, come share what you know — the road trip secrets, the tips you wish someone had told you, the moment it clicked. If you’re still on the fence, come ask the questions Google can’t quite answer — what it’s actually like to charge in an apartment, whether it pencils out, what finally made someone pull the trigger.

And beyond the cars — talk about the bigger picture. The energy transition. What is it going to take to bring everyone else along? Why community matters more than any single purchase.

Everyone belongs here. Whether you’re on your third EV or your first test drive is still on the calendar.

Order at the kiosk downstairs when you arrive — that’s how you get up to the Skydeck. Find us up top.

Parking: Supercharging available in the lot (applicable pricing applies). Open street parking on Santa Monica Blvd and adjacent streets (please adhere to posted signs). Please be respectful of the neighbors.

Organized by @thisisKyrstin — EV educator on TikTok and 18-year EV industry veteran.

Kyrstin Munson

Kyrstin Munson spent 18 years inside two of the most consequential energy companies of the past two decades- scaling Tesla's delivery operations through its critical growth phase, then leading customer experience at Shell Recharge as the EV charging infrastructure layer came online.
Now she bridges the gap between expert knowledge and public understanding. Through Maximum Acceleration Consulting, community panels, and her TikTok platform @ThisisKyrstin (10K+ followers), she makes complex energy topics — EVs, AI data centers, grid resilience, watershed health — accessible to the people those systems actually affect.
She believes the energy transition only succeeds if communities understand it. This panel is an extension of that mission.
