Anawakalmekak is dedicated to academic excellence, Native wisdom, and appreciation of the cultural and intellectual heritage of Indigenous Peoples and the promotion of positive social awareness. In collaboration with the Gabrielino-Shoshone Nation of Southern California, Anawakalmekak stewards Chief Ya’anna Regenerative Learning Village and invites community collaboration monthly.
