YPE LA exists to: (1) Help Los Angeles–based professionals build meaningful, well-paid careers in the clean-energy transition and climate space; and (2) Increase our collective effectiveness by sharing knowledge, relationships, and visibility across the climate and energy ecosystem. We believe career advancement and collective impact reinforce each other: when professionals are well-connected and informed about one another’s work, the clean-energy transition moves faster.
