About Event

Join the Office of Councilmember Eunisses Hernandez for a hands-on 311 Workshop and Community Clean Up in Chinatown. This event is an opportunity for residents to learn how to effectively use the City’s 311 system to report issues such as illegal dumping, graffiti, bulky item pickup, and other neighborhood concerns. Staff will walk participants through the process step-by-step, answer questions, and share tips on how to track and follow up on service requests.

Following the workshop, participants will take part in a community clean-up around the neighborhood. This is a great way to connect with neighbors, take pride in your community, and make an immediate impact on local streets and public spaces.

Tools, masks, water, and light snacks will be provided. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes.

This event is open to all residents, families, and community members. No prior experience is necessary.

The venue is wheelchair accessible.

Photography/videography may be captured during the event. By attending, you consent to have your likeness recorded.

Free and open to the public. No registration required.
