About Event

Come outside, connect with neighbors, and be part of something bigger.

Join the Sierra Club Angeles Chapter for a relaxed nature walk at Stoneview Nature Center, followed by a picnic at Kenneth Hahn Park. This is a space to meet fellow climate enthusiasts, hear what others are doing in their own lives to address climate change, and learn how you can plug into local climate action.

We’ll share updates on the Angeles Chapter’s climate work — and we want to hear from you, too. Refreshments will be provided, and each participant will receive a copy of our coloring book, Coloring Our Climate Future.

Free. All are welcome. RSVP required.

What to expect:

  • A gentle walk through nature
  • Community picnic with refreshments
  • Climate conversation and connection
  • Learn how to get involved with local climate action
  • Take home: Coloring Our Climate Future coloring book 🎨
  • Signup Instructions: RSVP for Meet Up Details

Sierra Club Angeles Chapter

Today the Sierra Club Angeles Chapter covers Los Angeles and Orange Counties and includes 13 regional groups (organized by geographical area) and 32 outdoors activity sections and committees (organized by interest). Chapter coordination and oversight is provided by an elected volunteer Executive Committee which oversees chapter staff. Hundreds of volunteer leaders work across our region to advance our priorities.

Together, we offer a wide array of activities to engage members and the general public in efforts to explore, enjoy, and protect our shared environment.
