About Event

This is for you if you ::-

☘️ can’t seem to find a routine rhythm for your yoga/mindfulness practice

πŸ› are curious about attuning your spirituality to moon cycles

🐒 find yourself craving intentional slow living

🌲 want to physically experience your trust in Earth’s timing

-:: why am I offering this?::-

We’re in the middle of Earth Month as well as LA Climate Week. People in or around the climate community likely feel quite hectic.

Springtime is also when things start to blossom, and there can be some timidity, resistance, fear, and other lingering, unprocessed tensions from the closed-in wintertime.

This is an opportunity for you to co-regulate in the community. Come try it out!

-:: faq ::-

β€‹πŸ’ can i still come if i just want to sit and enjoy the meditative space? β€” Yes!

β€‹πŸ’ Do I need a yoga mat? β€” Yes, please bring it if you have one. If you don’t, message me somehow! I have 3 extras

β€‹πŸ’ what if i can’t meditate and haven’t enjoyed yoga classes much before? β€” You may actually need this more than most, but please listen to your body. You may identify with traits of queerness and/or neurodivergence. If so, I teach for folks like you. Still, not every teacher is for everyone.

β€‹πŸ’ What if I’m not flexible? β€” setting side my frustration at capitalist & patriarchal yoga’s propaganda here, body exercises are just a small slice of the entirety of yoga. Each and every one has the ability to receive its benefits, which is why I teach in an accessible way, offering multiple options as we go along
