​Founded in 2011 as Isidore Electronics Recycling, Homeboy Electronics Recycling joined the Homeboy Industries family of social enterprises in 2016, becoming part of the world’s preeminent gang rehabilitation and re-entry program while remaining woman-led and laser-focused on superior customer service.
